I got the keys to my new apartment today!

I got the call yesterday, they invited me to come look at the apartment and this morning I signed the rent contract. I’m going back there tonight to show it to my family and I’ll make some pictures so I can show you. There’s a lot of work that needs to be done, so it’ll be a couple of weeks before I actually get to move in. Every surface needs to be painted, the walls used to have wallpaper on them so they are stained and look terrible. There’s a bunch of closets in the house, but they are brown with yellow. All window sills are brown. It’s just a mess. But I love it! And it will be perfect once we’re done with it.
